- Room Eligibility: Valid for Shophouse Suites, Signature Skyline Suites, and Shophouse Suite XL, for stays of 1 to 2 nights.
- Complimentary Parking: Guests will be entitled to a 1-time complimentary parking ticket for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Dining Benefits: Guests staying in Suite King, Shophouse Suites, and Signature Skyline Suites will receive S$100 dining credits per stay, redeemable at Bottega Di Carna only. Guests staying in Shophouse Suite XL will receive S$200 dining credit per stay, redeemable at Bottega Di Carna only. Dining credits are non-transferable and must be utilised during the stay.
- Cocktail Vouchers: Cocktail vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed during the stay at the hotel’s dining venue.
- Limousine Transfer: Complimentary two-way limousine transfer is applicable for local destinations only.
- Booking Conditions: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-cancellable and non-amendable. Guests must present the credit card used for booking upon arrival for verification.
- Child Policy: Children aged 12 years and below may share existing bedding. No extra beds will be provided.

By proceeding with your booking and stay, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.
- General Terms: Offer not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount or vouchers. Rooms are subjected to availability and blackout dates apply. Prices are in Singapore dollars and subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes. Management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
