Every Saturday morning, Hyde Beach Cannes invites you to enjoy a unique workout experience right by the sea.
Organised in collaboration with L’Uppercut Boxing and The Selecter Club, these sessions combine boxing, stretching and collective energy in an exceptional setting on the Croisette.

The sessions are open to everyone, whether you are a boxing enthusiast or simply curious to try something new.
9:30 AM – Meet us for a boxing session on the beach, led by the coaches of L’Uppercut. Stretching, coordination and great energy for an intense workout facing the sea.
10:30 AM – For the boldest participants, take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean. Instant recovery guaranteed!
