This Easter, Mondrian Singapore Duxton brings together two of the city’s most exciting Italian dining destinations – its own Bottega di Carna, and Southern Italian restaurant, Fortuna Singapore – for a one-night only exclusive culinary collaboration that celebrates both tradition and community.

Available on 19 April 2025, Saturday from 7:00pm.

For one evening, guests will experience an identical six-course Roman Easter menu at both Bottega Di Carna and Fortuna Singapore. The menu offers a shared dining experience that bridges two distinct interpretations of Italian cuisine: Tuscany’s renowned butchery traditions, alongside the bold, vibrant flavours of Southern Italy. Fortuna Singapore’s Head Chef, Egon Marzaioli, will join Bottega Di Carna’s kitchen for the event, contributing his Southern Italian expertise to the collaboration.
