TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Conditions
These inclusions apply to bookings made from 1 May 2026 onwards, for stays arriving on or after 1 May 2026.
Reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are non cancellable and non amendable.
Guests are required to present the same credit card used for booking upon arrival.

Room Upgrade
All guests are entitled to a complimentary room upgrade, up to an Executive King Room, subject to availability.

Sentosa Attraction Tickets
Sentosa attraction tickets for two persons will be issued by the Front Desk upon check-in.
Guests are entitled to complimentary admission for two to one of five participating Sentosa attractions.
This offer does not include complimentary entry to Sentosa Island.
Advance reservation for the selected attraction is required.

Payment Eligibility
For your convenience, Mondrian Singapore Duxton will operate as a cashless hotel from 1 May 2026.
All payments during your stay, including room charges and in-hotel transactions, must be made using accepted cashless payment methods. By proceeding with your booking and stay, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.

General Terms
Offer inclusions will be added on top of other direct booking room offers, where applicable.
Duplicate inclusions are not stackable. This includes, but is not limited to, Sentosa attraction tickets for four or a two tier room upgrade.
Rooms are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
