LiTO is a vibrant Italian gathering place that blends indoor and bar seating, perfect for any event. With a menu designed for sharing, it fosters connection among friends and family in a warm ambiance, ensuring every gathering is memorable and enjoyable.
LITO BAR
LiTO’s Bar is perfect to celebrate any occasion with fresh cocktails, an extensive wine list and coastal Italian bites for larger groups.

The Coastal Room offers a sophisticated setting for large-scale meetings and events. Architecturally designed with abundant natural light and advanced audiovisual technology, it delivers both impact and flexibility. Located privately on level two, the space can be configured into the Sun, Sand and Surf rooms, or combined options such as Sun + Sand and Sand + Surf creating a tailored experience for every occasion.

Haven Bar
Haven Bar offers a vast, sun-lit space for mixing and mingling over glasses of wine and inventive cocktails along with wood-fired bites from our menu.
Haven POOL CLUB LOUNGE
The Pool Club offers a casual, semi-private setting, perfect for intimate cocktail parties. Its vibrant atmosphere is ideal for pre-dinner drinks or celebrations, creating a memorable backdrop where guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and poolside views.
FOUR VIP Cabanas
Level 3’s private cabanas are stylish retreats for intimate to large gatherings. Perfect for events, they offer bespoke menus and versatile configurations, providing a serene atmosphere to bask in the sunshine, toast at golden hour, or unwind under the stars in an idyllic beachside setting.

The VeeRoom is located at the pinnacle of the Mondrian. Offering breathtaking 180-degree views from Stradbroke Island to Coolangatta, this exclusive space is perfect for intimate gatherings, VIP product launches, presentations, and grand celebrations. A sculptural masterpiece with an abundance of natural light from floor-to-5M-high windows the VeeRoom is a blank canvas and promises a truly extraordinary event experience.
