This New Year’s Eve at Haven, think bubbles, live music and ocean views. As the sun dips below the horizon, the lights go low, the band takes the stage and the coast glows just beyond the glass.

Begin with a  seafood tower featuring caviar, oysters, chilled prawns, and Moreton Bay bugs, paired with house-made sauces and finger lime tartare. Then move to the main event,  wood-fired Kidman 5+ Wagyu sirloin served with Western Australian marronand a Scenic Rim young leaf salad and Paris mash laced with Alba black truffle.

Finish with Haven’s signature Bombe Alaska, a show-stopping finale of strawberries and cream to welcome the year ahead in style.

Step into a cocktail-style poolside party with room to roam, lounge and mingle. Our DJs Nicka35, Carter, Kira Kira and SVLT will set a dynamic soundtrack all night, taking you from sunset glow to midnight crescendo.

Indulge in a 3.5-hour premium beverage package featuring premium wines and handcrafted cocktails. On the pool deck, live hibachi stations fire up throughout the night, serving an elevated, open-air dining experience.

Enjoy house-baked focaccia, kingfish crudo, burrata with white summer peach, and a choice of baked gnocchi, gold band snapper, or Angus tenderloin. Finish with Lito’s signature tiramisu or cake selection. Finish with LiTO’s signature tiramisu or house-made cakes.

Enjoy a relaxed yet refined celebration with a menu that captures the essence of a coastal Christmas.

Start the meal with a bowl of fresh prawns on ice with Marie-Rose sauce, vibrant crudités with taramasalata and bottarga, and the daily crudo finished with crispy capers and lemon oil.

Move on to Wagyu 7+ prime rib with black garlic jus and market fish with caramelised seaweed butter, served with festive sides including Brussels sprout slaw and Haven’s signature potato salad. A fruit-topped seasonal pavlova brings the meal a perfect finish.
