Chef Kenny Huang and his team have gone all out to create a spectacular menu, including live stations serving Foie Gras, Italian roasted pork porchetta, 200-day grain-fed grilled black angus ribeye, slow roasted whole turkey, honey-glazed champagne ham, salt baked Atlantic sea bass, parmigiano cheese wheel mac & cheese and all the trimmings. Save room for dessert as Bottega di Carna’s pastry chefs present ten different sweet delights including Christmas log cake, stollen, pecan tart, blueberry cheesecake and cheeses.
