Celebrate Christmas Eve with an exceptional five-course menu, including langous-tine and oscietra caviar, risotto with foie gras and black truffle, wild snapper with caviar beurre blanc, prime fillet mignon with chestnuts and Barolo wine jus and chef’s festive special “Snow White” dessert.
Christmas Day Brunch
Christmas Day Brunch at Mondrian Singapore will feature lavish live stations, free flowing Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and Veuve Clicquot Champagnes, fantastic wines and festive cocktails with a kick. Chef Kenny Huang and his team have gone all out to create a spectacular menu, including live stations serving Foie Gras, Italian roasted pork porchetta, 200-day grain-fed grilled black angus ribeye, slow roasted whole turkey, honey-glazed champagne ham, salt baked Atlantic sea bass, parmigiano cheese wheel mac & cheese and all the trimmings.
