Celebrated Japanese Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto debuts his first European restaurant, Morimoto Bordeaux, blending Asian culinary artistry with Western flavors to deliver a vibrant selection of dishes.

Local Ingredients

Introducing local French ingredients to some of Chef Morimoto’s favorite recipes for an eclectic take on Japanese fare, cuisine is complemented by an exclusive menu of wines and sakes, which can be enjoyed al fresco on the 180 m2 patio, in the restaurant or around the sushi counter facing the open kitchen. Live music from beloved local musicians and acclaimed DJs create an atmosphere that carries guests from day into evening.

Pets are welcome in the hotel, but not in the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

New Menu – ISSHIN MORIMOTO SUSHI 45′

Monday to Friday lunchtime in 45 minutes: Miso soup – Chirashi sushi – Sweet treat – €30

Isshun, which means ‘a moment’ in Japanese, is our new refined and quick lunch option, inspired by Japanese street food, to be enjoyed at the Sushi Counter, interacting directly with our sushi(wo)men.
