Haven Galentine’s Day

A long lunch designed to linger. Haven’s Galentine’s Day Lunch is a $195 per person experience with a 2.5-hour drinks package.

Think premium cocktails, oysters topped with caviar and a refined shared menu served to the table – the best of the best, done properly. Cult-favourite drinks are poured confidently, wines are chilled and generous, and the details are handled. You just show up.

An all-female DJ line-up sets the tone from late morning through to evening, with Shimmy & KLP booked to keep the room moving. 

Pool Club comes alive with pop-up activations throughout. Think makeup artists offering touch-ups, express hand massages between cocktails, a photobooth for main-character moments and a curated mix of local Australian fashion and beauty brands to browse between courses.

From 5pm, Haven opens to the public and the energy shifts poolside as the sun drops.
