Bottega di Carna will debut its new à-la-carte menu starting November 24 2024. Featuring top cuts from Viñals Soler, the menu offers delectable creations such as Carpaccio di Culo, Signature Beef Tartare, and the Fiorentina T-Bone Bistecca—each dish a tribute to Chef Dario’s dedication to artisanal, boundary-pushing Italian cuisine. These selections showcase his devotion to honoring and redefining Italian culture, flavor, and the joy of shared meals.

The menu also includes Signature Italian Tortellini, crafted in the traditional circular shape with a rich filling of mortadella, prosciutto, pork loin, and Parmigiano Reggiano. This quintessential pasta from Emilia-Romagna arrives with Chef Dario’s unique twist, offering guests an authentic taste of Italy’s culinary heritage.

Another highlight is the highly anticipated Lobster Fettuccine. This fresh pasta is simmered in a rich lobster ragù, combining claw and leg meat with a bisque made from the shells to deepen the dish’s flavor, making Bottega di Carna a must-visit for Italian cuisine enthusiasts.
