Resort and Facility Fees

$45 USD (plus tax) Mandatory Resort Fee per night.

Cancellations

Standard reservations must be cancelled by 3PM, 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees. For non-refundable reservations, deposit will be taken for the total room rate and taxes for the entire stay.

For reservations made through 3rd party websites (such as Expedia and Booking.com), please contact your respective provider directly for details regarding their policies and options for modifying your reservations.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-In time is 4pm. Check-Out time is 11am. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. In addition to room and tax, an additional $200 USD per night will be held on your credit card to guarantee any incidental charges. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel if it is available. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel, with the following exceptions: in the state of Florida, the minimum age is waived for individuals with a valid I.D. who are currently on active duty as a member of the US Armed Forces, National Guard, Reserve Forces or Coast Guard. 

Parking

Valet parking is available for $46 per night. Located at our main entrance on 11th St. and West Avenue. Valet is open 24 hours a day and your vehicle may be taken in and out. Please allow up to 10 minutes for vehicle retrieval. Please note that “sling shot” vehicles are not accepted by our valet.

Pets

Mondrian South Beach is pet-friendly. The animal must weigh 20 pounds or less, a contract/waiver must be signed upon arrival and a $100/UK£100 non-refundable deposit is required. This fee is waived for service dogs. No pets are allowed in restaurants or bars, by the pool or beach, and may not be left unattended in the guest rooms.

Luggage Storage

Complimentary luggage storage is available to guests of the hotel through the Front Desk and Bellman prior to check-in and after check-out. Luggage cannot be stored overnight. Guests are encouraged to take all valuable items as the hotel is not to be responsible for any loss or damaged items.

Prepaid Bookings & Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available through the hotels individually. Prepaid bookings require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed and emailed back to the hotel. This form is available by calling the hotel directly and requesting a billing link. Such submissions are subject to Private Policy.  Please note Credit Card Authorization will only be accepted 72-hours prior to arrival date of the reservation.

Shipping

Package Handling Charges apply to all incoming and outgoing Letters and Packages.
0-15 lb letter $5.00
16-30 lbs $10.00
31-50 lbs $15.00
51-80 lbs $25.00
81-100 lbs $45.00
101-150 lbs $55.00

Over 150 lbs, round weight up the nearest 100 lbs and calculate at $55.00 per 100 lbs. Example 151=200 lbs and the handling charge is $110.00. Pallet delivery is subject to a $75.00 pallet service fee. FedEx, UPS, USPS deadline for all outgoing shipments is 2PM Monday through Friday, 11AM Saturday.

*Due to limited storage space, shipments may NOT arrive any earlier than three (3) days prior to arrival.

**Stored packages must be picked up within 48 hours are subject to a $15.00 a day storage fee.

Package delivery and drop off hours: Monday through Sunday (8AM to 8PM).

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any guest room. Smoking is permitted in the front of the building and at all outside public areas in the hotel. Smoking is not permitted on balconies or terraces. There is a $500 fine for violation of the smoking policy.

Tax Exempt Guests

All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.
