Discover the very first Christmas Yule Log by Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes: a signature creation imagined by our Pastry Chef Azifa Lebon, inspired by the hotel’s façade.
Beneath its white chocolate shell lies a milk mousse infused with Madagascar vanilla, a flowing vanilla–caramel centre, hazelnut sponge and hazelnut praline with cocoa nibs.
A limited-edition Yule Log, designed to serve 6 to 8 guests, available from December 22 to 31.
