PINK OCTOBER
In October, the Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes and Morimoto Bordeaux are joining forces with Généticancer to support research and the fight against genetic cancers.
Throughout the month, €1 will be donated to the charity for every ‘Lunch by Morimoto’ purchased.
At the Spa, the initiative continues: €3 will be donated to Généticancer for every treatment of 50 minutes or more booked.

Every first Sunday of the month, let yourself be surprised by a brunch of world fusion flavours, inspired by the signature cuisine of Chef Morimoto. A vibrant, gourmet experience, set to a festive musical atmosphere orchestrated by our DJ set.

We will discuss your requirements, preferred date, number of guests and format, then create a tailored proposal. Yes. The Mondrian’s experiences are designed for hotel guests as well as local residents of Bordeaux and visitors passing through who wish to discover the world of the Mondrian.
Can we take part in a sushi masterclass?
Yes. Masterclasses exploring the world of sushi and Japanese culinary expertise are held regularly at Morimoto. They offer the chance to discover the techniques and methods that characterise Japanese cuisine, led by our sushi chef, Thomas Cortes. They take place once a month, on the third Sunday of each month.
What is a wine dinner?
The Wine Dinner is a gastronomic experience designed to showcase the pairing of Morimoto’s creations with a selection of wines. It is an invitation to discover unique pairings in a warm and intimate atmosphere, in the company of our head sommelier, Charlotte Tissoire.
Do you organise afterwork get-togethers?
Yes. The Mondrian regularly hosts after-work events where guests can get together over cocktails, culinary creations and live music, particularly at the bar and in the outdoor areas when the weather permits. Follow us on social media.
