A vibrant modern Italian eatery by Dario Cecchini – “The Greatest Butcher in The World” – thrills with a playful gastronomic experience of Italian classics enlivened by a rebellious spin.
CANYON CLUB
Canyon Club brings 1970s Hollywood glamour to a rooftop pool club and bar featuring Californian-influenced food, stylish cocktails and a lively atmosphere. Canyon Club is open to non-staying guests daily, from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
CHRISTINA’S

JUNGLE BALLROOM
A tunnel lined in neon and greenery leads to Jungle Ballroom, a tropical disco celebrating the vibrant flavors and wild nature of Southeast Asia with a cocktail menu rooted in the region’s rich bounty and a sultry, decadent vibe.
SUZUKI
Welcome to Suzuki, where you are invited to indulge in a celebration of the finest ingredients. Traditional Japanese cuisine combines with original dishes, delivered in a tranquil setting designed by one of Japan’s leading architects, Kengo Kuma, in his first-ever commercial project in Singapore.
