How can I make a reservation at your hotel?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate you select when making your reservation. The cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be displayed before you confirm your reservation and included in your booking confirmation. Some promotional or prepaid rates may be non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full booking policies.

Do you offer flexible booking options or special rates during uncertain times?
Mondrian Gold Coast offers a range of rate options, including flexible rates on selected bookings. Flexibility depends on the rate selected at the time of booking, so we recommend reviewing the applicable booking conditions before confirming your reservation. How can I modify or cancel an existing reservation?

Do you offer group rates or event bookings?
Yes. For group bookings of eight or more guest rooms, our Sales team can assist with tailored group rates and event enquiries. Please submit an enquiry via our online event request form and a member of the team will be in touch.

Is breakfast included? How much does it cost?
Breakfast is not included in the standard accommodation rate. An à la carte breakfast is available daily from 6:30am to 11:00am and is priced at AUD $48 per adult and AUD $35 per child under 12 years. Walk-ins are welcome, or breakfast can be arranged with Reception upon arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?
Mondrian Gold Coast accepts major payment methods in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Accepted payment methods may vary depending on whether payment is made online before arrival or at the hotel. A valid payment card may also be required to guarantee your reservation or cover incidental charges during your stay.

Is a deposit required to book a room?
Yes. A deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay. This can be provided via credit card pre-authorisation. Please contact our team for further details at goldcoast.reservations@mondrianhotels.com.

What is your policy regarding children staying at the hotel?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested prior to your arrival or during your stay. As these requests are subject to availability, they cannot be guaranteed. If available, an additional fee may apply and will be confirmed by the hotel.

What identification is required at check-in?
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s licence, upon check-in. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation.

Are pets allowed at your hotel? What is your pet policy and any associated fees?
Pets are not permitted at Mondrian Gold Coast. Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable regulations. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Are there accessible rooms and facilities for guests with disabilities?
Yes. Mondrian Gold Coast offers accessible accommodation and facilities designed to support guests with accessibility requirements. Accessible guest rooms include features such as grab rails, a raised toilet, a lower bathroom sink and an emergency bathroom cord. What items or services are available for children or infants?
Families travelling with children can enjoy a range of family-friendly amenities. Baby cots are available upon request, while the hotel also offers interconnecting rooms, multi-bedroom suites and Beach Houses for larger families. Both restaurants welcome children and offer kids’ meals, with special dietary requirements available upon request. Families can also enjoy the hotel’s three outdoor pools.

Do you offer Wi-Fi access, and is it complimentary?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all registered guests.

Do you have a spa or wellness center? What are the hours, how do I book treatments, and are children permitted access?
CIEL Spa offers a curated collection of bio-wellness treatments, restorative therapies, touchless technology experiences and signature spa rituals designed to support overall wellbeing. The spa is open daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments can be made by calling +61 7 5508 0088, emailing goldcoast.cielspa@mondrianhotels.com, or booking directly through the CIEL Spa website. Do you have a gym or swimming pool? What are its hours, and are children allowed to use them?
Yes. The Fitness Centre is located on Level 2 and is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests. The main pool and magnesium plunge pools are located on Level 3 and are open daily from 6:30am until 10:00pm.

Do you offer fitness classes, and how can I book them?
Mondrian Moves is our signature wellness series, combining the strength of Pilates with the restorative benefits of yoga in a poolside setting at Haven on Level 3. Classes are held every Sunday at 7:00am and are complimentary for hotel guests. To reserve your place, please contact goldcoast@mondrianhotels.com.

Is parking available at the hotel, and what is the cost?
Yes. Parking is available on-site. Casual parking is charged at AUD $12 per hour. Hotel guest parking is available for AUD $40 per day, while valet parking is available for AUD $60 per day.

Do you have laundry services available for guests?
Yes. Same-day laundry service is available, with items collected by 8:00am and returned by 6:00pm. An express service is also available, with collection by 11:00am and return by 6:00pm. Laundry services are provided by an external supplier and are limited to 20 items per order, with additional items charged separately. Selected accommodation, including Beach Houses, Ocean Homes and One Bedroom Suites, also feature in-room laundry facilities.

Do you offer concierge services? And can the concierge assist with bespoke tours, surf lessons, theme park bookings, or hinterland experiences?

Yes. Guests can enjoy a range of curated experiences, including private beach cabanas complete with full setup, pack down and a chef-curated dining experience (24 hours’ notice is required). Surfboard hire is available from a minimum of two hours, while e-bike hire is available from four hours up to a full day. Guests may also request exclusive access to the hotel’s in-house BMW vehicles, driven by our Valet team.

Do you have on-site dining options such as restaurants, bars, or cafes, and how can I make a reservation?
Mondrian Gold Coast offers a collection of dining experiences, including LiTO Restaurant and LiTO Presto on the ground floor, together with Haven Restaurant and the Pool Club Lounge on Level 3. Reservations can be made by calling +61 7 5508 0000 or booking online. Please note that LiTO Presto and the Pool Club Lounge welcome guests on a walk-in basis.

What signature pools, rooftop lounges, or social spaces do you offer? And what are the views like?
Mondrian Gold Coast features a 25-metre heated pool maintained at approximately 28°C, alongside two magnesium plunge pools and the Pool Club Lounge on Level 3. Overlooking Burleigh Beach, these elevated social spaces offer sweeping coastal views and a relaxed atmosphere from sunrise through to sunset.

Do you host specific cultural events, art exhibitions, live music, or DJ sets?
Yes. Mondrian Gold Coast hosts regular live DJ performances across the property, from relaxed poolside afternoons to sunset sessions at Sunset Bar. Guests can explore the latest events, experiences and seasonal programming through the hotel’s events calendar.

How close is Mondrian Gold Coast to key attractions like Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, or the Gold Coast theme parks?
Mondrian Gold Coast enjoys a prime location in Burleigh Heads, within easy reach of many of the region’s most popular attractions. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is approximately 12 minutes away by car, Surfers Paradise around 18 minutes, Sea World approximately 25 minutes, while Warner Bros. Movie World and Dreamworld can both be reached in around 35 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

How close is Mondrian Gold Coast to the beach, and what surf, water sports, or beach services are available?
Mondrian Gold Coast is located directly opposite Burleigh Beach, just a one to two-minute walk across The Esplanade. Several public transport options are available near Mondrian Gold Coast. Bus services, including Route 777, provide convenient connections between Gold Coast Airport, Burleigh Heads and Broadbeach South Station. The G:link light rail extension to Burleigh Heads is expected to commence services in 2026, with Burleigh Heads Station located approximately a three-minute walk from the hotel. Taxi and rideshare services also operate throughout the Gold Coast, making it easy to explore the region.

Membership is a 12-month subscription, priced in local currency, with equivalent pricing of $218 / £144 / €180 / AED720 per year. Your digital membership card is activated immediately after subscribing, so you can start using your benefits straight away.

Can I use Dis-loyalty at Mondrian Gold Coast, and can I book more than one room?
Yes. As Mondrian Gold Coast’s membership programme, Dis-loyalty gives members 20% off their first stay and 10% off return stays when booking eligible rates through the Dis-loyalty platform, along with access to member-only offers. You can book up to two rooms per stay, with the second room discounted at 10%. All bookings are flexible and paid on arrival. Reservations must be made through Dis-loyalty at least four days in advance, and the member must be one of the staying guests.
