This March, Mondrian Singapore Duxton presents She Sets the Tone. On 8 March 2026, women across the kitchen, bar and DJ decks take over, shaping a day-to-night celebration of craft, flavour and sound.

SHE SETS THE TABLE: BOTTEGA DI CARNA

On 8 March, International Women’s Day spotlights rising female culinary talent with a three course dinner by Commis Chefs Edlyn, Nithila and Jiao Min.

Priced at SGD 78++ per person, the menu moves from the vibrant Lotus in Murky Water hamachi, to Goddess of Spice with spiced beef and paneer croquette, before ending on the delicate Cloud Blossom of chamomile, raspberry and caramelised almond.

SHE SETS THE FIRE: CHRISTINA’S

At Christina’s, Junior Sous Chef Natalie takes the spotlight with a one day exclusive dish that reflects her craft and roots.

Her wood fired char siew pork chop, priced at SGD 36++, is served with pickled smashed cucumber, onions and baby potatoes. Inspired by her journey as a Singaporean chef, the dish brings together local flavours and honest cooking, balancing heritage with quiet confidence.

SHE SETS THE beat: jungle ballroom

Jungle Ballroom turns purple for a women-led day party from 3pm to 7pm. Eight female bartenders from Singapore’s leading cocktail bars take over alongside an all-female DJ lineup, bringing together some of the city’s most exciting nightlife talent.
