Carna by Dario Cecchini is a contemporary Italian steakhouse created by the legendary butcher, Dario Cecchini from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Interiors are designed by renowned local designer Joyce Wang.

The first Carna by Dario Cecchini in Asia offers an exclusive chef’s table tasting experience that brings diners on a journey through a variety of special cuts of meat sourced from the finest farms.
Serving steakhouse favorites from Bistecca alla Fiorentina to Bistecca Toscana, Carna invites guests to explore a range of flavors from 18 different cuts, dry-aged to perfection and highlights the signature “charcoal grilled” steak.

After taking over the family business from his father in 1976, Cecchini found his mission – to protect the art of butchery with the belief that all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked properly, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability.
