BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
How can I make a reservation at Mondrian Hong Kong?
You are welcome to make a reservation directly on this website by selecting your preferred dates to get started. If you need further assistance, please contact our Reservations team at reservations.hk@mondrianhotels.com or +852 3550 0370. The team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00am to 7:00pm (Hong Kong Time).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy varies according to the rate option selected at the time of booking. Please click Payment and Cancellation Policy on each rate option to find out the applicable terms. If you have already made a booking, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation.
Do you offer flexible booking options or special rates?
Flexible booking options are available across selected rate plans. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each rate plan option for full details.
How can I modify or cancel an existing reservation?
Bookings made under a flexible cancellation policy may allow modification or cancellation. You can access Manage Your Booking via the link in your confirmation email. If you need further assistance, please contact our Reservations team at reservations.hk@mondrianhotels.com or +852 3550 0370. The team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00am to 7:00pm (Hong Kong Time).
Do you offer group rates or event bookings?
Yes. For group enquiries of more than eight rooms, or for event enquiries, please contact the hotel directly and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Is breakfast included? How much does it cost?
Breakfast inclusion varies depending on the rate plan selected. Please check the individual rate options when making your reservation. For guests wishing to add breakfast upon arrival, it is available at HKD 220 plus 10% service charge per person per meal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for room prepayment during the reservation process and for guarantee bookings. For bookings where payment is made upon arrival, we also accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, and cash at the property.
Is a deposit required when I check in?
Yes. Upon check-in, a deposit of HKD 1,000 per night per room, or HKD 4,000 per night for suites, will be held to cover any incidental charges during your stay. This can be placed via cash or credit card. Any unused amount will be refunded.
What is your policy regarding children staying at the hotel?
One child below 12 years old may enjoy complimentary accommodation when sharing existing bedding with parents. If an extra bed is required, a supplement of HKD 500 plus 10% service charge and 3% government tax per night applies. Is there a resort fee, and what does it include?
Mondrian Hong Kong does not charge a resort fee.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 12:00pm (noon).
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may be arranged for an additional charge. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to make your request.
What identification is required at check-in?
Guests are required to present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
HOTEL POLICIES
Are pets allowed at Mondrian Hong Kong?
Mondrian Hong Kong welcomes guide dogs. If you will be travelling with a guide dog, please contact our Reservations team in advance at reservations.hk@mondrianhotels.com so we can make the necessary arrangements for your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate other animals at the hotel.
Are there accessible rooms and facilities for guests with disabilities?
Yes. Mondrian Hong Kong offers accessible guestrooms designed for guests with reduced mobility, along with wheelchair-accessible facilities throughout the hotel. Accessible features include a step-free public entrance, accessible routes to Reception, guestrooms, restaurants, the fitness centre and accessible washrooms, accessible Reception and Concierge desks, accessible parking spaces, and a wheelchair-accessible restaurant. AMENITIES & SERVICES
What items or services are available for children or infants?
Families travelling with children are welcome at Mondrian Hong Kong. Babysitting services can be arranged upon request. A selection of children’s amenities is also available, subject to availability, including a baby cot, extra bed and bed rail, bottle steriliser and dryer, bottle warmer, baby bathtub and baby toilet seat, step stool, and children’s cups, slippers and TV channels. Do you offer Wi-Fi access, and is it complimentary?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guestrooms and public areas.
Does Mondrian Hong Kong have a spa or wellness centre?
The hotel does not have a spa or wellness centre. Our team is happy to recommend options in the neighbourhood — please feel free to ask.
Do you have a gym or swimming pool?
Our fitness centre is available exclusively for hotel guests and is open 24 hours a day. Please note that children under the age of 15 are not permitted to use the fitness equipment and must be accompanied by an adult while in the fitness centre. Mondrian Hong Kong does not have a swimming pool.
Do you offer fitness classes?
The hotel does not currently offer fitness classes.
Is parking available at the hotel, and what is the cost?
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests and visitors. Parking is charged at HKD 80 per hour, with a minimum of two hours. Overnight parking is available at HKD 800 for 24 hours. Guests who spend HKD 1,000 or more on lunch or dinner at our restaurants can enjoy three hours of complimentary parking, valid for one vehicle per bill.
Do you have laundry services available for guests?
Yes. The hotel offers a range of laundry services, including laundry and dry cleaning, a pressing service, and self-service ironing facilities. Additional charges apply for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services.

Mondrian Hong Kong offers a collection of distinctive dining experiences. Carna by Dario Cecchini is our contemporary Italian steak restaurant led by legendary butcher Dario Cecchini, celebrating premium cuts and sustainable nose-to-tail dining. Avoca is our vibrant cocktail bar and all-day dining destination, serving inventive cocktails, comfort sharing plates and sweeping harbour views from day to night. What rooftop and social spaces does Mondrian Hong Kong offer?
Mondrian Hong Kong’s Roofgarden is an open-air social space designed for guests to unwind above the city. Offering sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and the iconic Hong Kong skyline, it is an ideal spot to take in sunrise, sunset or the city’s glittering lights after dark. Guests can also head to Avoca on the 38th floor for creative cocktails and all-day dining, all set against the same spectacular harbour backdrop.

Where is Mondrian Hong Kong located, and what is the Tsim Sha Tsui neighbourhood like?
Mondrian Hong Kong is centrally located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, one of Hong Kong’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. From the hotel, guests are surrounded by a wide variety of shopping destinations, local eateries, international restaurants, lively bars and cafés, all within easy walking distance. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the nearest MTR exit, providing easy access to the rest of Hong Kong. The Avenue of Stars is just a six-minute walk from the hotel, where guests can enjoy spectacular views of Victoria Harbour and the famous Symphony of Lights.
How close is Mondrian Hong Kong to key landmarks?
The hotel is ideally positioned to explore Hong Kong’s most iconic attractions. The Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour waterfront are both within a six-minute walk. Kowloon Park is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. The Star Ferry Pier is approximately a 15-minute walk away, offering one of Hong Kong’s most scenic ways to cross the harbour. The West Kowloon Cultural District, home to world-class museums, performance venues and public art, is around a 10 to 15-minute taxi ride away.
What is the best way to get to Mondrian Hong Kong from Hong Kong International Airport?
There are several convenient ways to reach the hotel from Hong Kong International Airport. The Airport Express takes approximately 23 minutes to Kowloon Station, with trains departing every 15 minutes, followed by a short taxi ride to the hotel. The Citybus A21 provides a direct service from the airport to Tsim Sha Tsui, with the nearest stop at Mody Road, Chatham Road South, just a short walk from the hotel. Taxis are also available 24 hours a day from the airport for a direct door-to-door journey. Should you prefer a seamless arrival experience, our Concierge team will be pleased to assist with arranging a private airport transfer in advance.
What public transportation options are available near Mondrian Hong Kong?
Getting around Hong Kong is effortless from Mondrian Hong Kong. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the nearest MTR exit, providing quick and convenient access to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. A comprehensive network of public buses stops nearby, taxis are readily available outside the hotel throughout the day, and the iconic Star Ferry is just a 15-minute walk away, offering a scenic journey across Victoria Harbour.
What should I know about local customs, currency, or travel requirements for visiting Hong Kong?
Hong Kong is an easy and welcoming destination for international travellers. The official currency is the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), although most restaurants, shops and attractions accept a wide range of payment methods including major credit cards, mobile wallets and contactless payments. One local custom to note is escalator etiquette: stand on the right-hand side, leaving the left side clear for those walking. Many nationalities can visit Hong Kong visa-free for a specified period. Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the purpose of your visit, so we recommend checking the latest immigration requirements before travelling.

What loyalty programme is available at Mondrian Hong Kong?
Mondrian Hong Kong’s membership programme is Dis-loyalty, a travel and dining membership that unlocks savings across more than 120 hotels and 200 restaurants, bars and cafés worldwide. Members enjoy 20% off their first stay at every participating hotel, 10% off return stays, 10% off food and drink, and one complimentary barista-made drink every day. Unlike traditional hotel loyalty programmes, Dis-loyalty provides immediate savings from your first booking, with no points, tiers or blackout dates.
How do I join Dis-loyalty, and how much does membership cost? Membership is a 12-month subscription priced at the equivalent of $218 / £144 / €180 / AED 720 per year in local currency. You can join online at dis-loyalty.com, when making a booking on mondrianhotels.com, or via the Dis-loyalty app on iOS and Android. Your digital membership card is activated immediately after subscribing, so you can start using your benefits straight away.
Can I use Dis-loyalty at Mondrian Hong Kong, and can I book more than one room? Yes. As Mondrian Hong Kong’s membership programme, Dis-loyalty gives members 20% off their first stay and 10% off return stays when booking eligible rates through the Dis-loyalty platform, along with access to member-only offers. You can book up to two rooms per stay, with the second room discounted at 10%. All bookings are flexible and paid on arrival. Reservations must be made through Dis-loyalty at least four days in advance, and the member must be one of the staying guests.
Can I use Dis-loyalty in the restaurant or bar without staying at the hotel? Yes. You do not need to be a hotel guest to enjoy Dis-loyalty dining benefits. Members receive 10% off food and drink at participating restaurants, bars and cafés for groups of up to six, and can redeem one complimentary barista-made drink per day by presenting their digital membership card when sitting in.
What other benefits does Dis-loyalty membership include? Beyond stay and dining discounts, members receive early access to selected hotel openings and up to 50% off newly opened hotels during launch periods, plus exclusive member-only promotions throughout the year. Can I be a member of both Dis-loyalty and ALL Accor? Yes. You can be a member of both Dis-loyalty and ALL Accor. The two programmes operate independently and many guests choose to use both. However, Dis-loyalty and ALL benefits cannot be applied to the same transaction. For example, you may choose to book your stay using ALL and earn or redeem Reward points, while using your Dis-loyalty membership separately for dining discounts, complimentary drinks or other eligible member benefits during your visit.
Can I use ALL Accor benefits at Mondrian Hong Kong? Yes. Eligible guests can earn and redeem ALL Reward points when booking qualifying stays at Mondrian Hong Kong through Accor channels, subject to the terms and conditions of the programme. ALL is separate from Dis-loyalty. While ALL focuses on points earning and rewards, Dis-loyalty provides immediate savings on hotel stays, dining and drinks.
How do I join ALL Accor? ALL Accor is free to join and provides access to member rates, points earning and reward benefits across participating hotels.
